3D Printed Costume, Madame Butterfly at La Fenice
At Mariko Mori Studio, as part of the costume for Madame Butterfly, we designed a pair of 3d printed wings to be used as the contemporary version of Cho-cho sans bridal gown. For the form I went through a seies of experiments using Voronoi diagram in rhino grasshopper.
