Client: Modos Furniture

Modos is a modular furniture company that is composed of three types of connectors and wood planks cut to size. With just these elements an array of furntiure types and sizes can be created.

Modos came to Oomstudios to create a configurator to help customers design their own custom furniture. We created the online configurator for Modos furniture. using Grasshopper and running on the Shapediver platform

The interface allows customers to design their furniture configuration, choose wood species, and connector finish. The script outputs a cut list, price, and assembly data for the factory to the efficinelty produce the parts.
