Design, systems, fabrication, assembly, and installation: Hypersonic art and Design

Oomstudios collaborated with Hypersonic Art and Design to engineer and construct a kinetic sculpture for Planet Word in Washington, DC. This sculpture features over 500 programmable lights capable of creating a variety of displays. It can also retract to the ceiling, allowing the space to be used for other events.

The sculpture utilizes mass production, custom steel fabrication, and 3D printing to enhance assembly efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize weight.
